Funding Brokerage helps individuals and families manage their government or private funding (such as Passport funding and Special Services at Home) by handling expense claims, tracking finances, preparing government filings, and ensuring compliance.
Person-Directed Planning
The Person-Directed Planning program helps individuals with developmental disabilities create and implement a personalized life plan by setting goals, identifying supports, and fostering community involvement, all while ensuring the individual remains at the center of the planning process.
Respite Now
Respite Now is a free mobile app that matches people of all ages looking for respite services with local respite workers in Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes, Peterborough, and Northumberland counties. Both caregivers and respite workers can use the app. The app matches people’s support needs and preferences with appropriate respite workers based on skills, credentials, experiences, and availability. Caregivers and people-supported review matches, choose the respite worker they wish to hire and pay the worker directly.
