Family Support

The Family Support program helps the families of children and young people who live with a developmental disability. Family Support works with families to ensure that each child maximizes learning, develops friendships and is part of the life of their school and community. Support is geared to helping to increase and strengthen the capacity of families. From birth to 18 years of age, specific focus is given to the transitions from childhood to adolescence, and adolescence to adulthood and independence.
